Job Description

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the Engineering or Construction industries? We are seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to source and attract high-caliber candidates for non-exempt positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the company culture.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions to foster talent pipelines.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the Engineering or Construction industries.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• A base salary in the 70K range
• 5% bonus potential

65,000.00 to 75,000.00 per year
