What you’ll be doingAs an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the hiring desk, coordinating full‑life‑cycle direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional positions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Executing end‑to‑end direct‑hire recruiting for priority client accounts.
- Identifying and cultivating new client relationships while retaining existing ones.
- Interviewing candidates and matching their skills, career goals and culture fit with client requirements.
- Maintaining a sense of urgency and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Tracking performance and meeting realistic, clearly defined goals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Technically savvy – eager to learn and implement new technology.
- Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
- Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Salary ranges vary by location:
- California – $70,304
- Colorado – $57,783.96–$70,000
- New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties – $66,300–$70,000
- New York – All Other Locations – $62,353.20–$70,000
- Washington – $80,168.40
Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life, AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) up to 152 hours per year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date.
