is seeking an R&D Contract Recruiter to support Abnormal AI's Engineering organization remotely. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent, working closely with various internal teams. Recruiters will execute phone screens, build hiring pipelines, and partner with leaders for full-cycle recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, working fluency with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, and a proven record of meeting hiring goals in fast-paced environments. The contract duration is 6 months, with potential for an extension.
