Senior Consultant - Human Resources

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will assist clients with full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management to build a high‑performing workforce.

In addition, tasks will include operational analysis, business process re‑engineering, change management, departmental budget support activities, and other consulting services as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR management experience.

• Experience working in a government or public‑sector environment is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and document business/functional requirements.
• Experience in training and supporting end‑users.
• Business process reengineering and change management experience.
• Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office 365, Visio, and Project.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and executive‑level communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of current HR processes, talent life cycles, labor laws, and change management.
• Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM‑SCP certification.
• Six Sigma or related certification.
