Internship - Global Talent Development (HR)
In our central HR department in Hanover-Stöcken, we offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international environment starting August/September 2026. Our scope covers the employee lifecycle for our tire plants—ranging from employer branding and recruiting through talent and professional development programs to exciting topics such as digitalization and the Future Workplace. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Become part of our global network by closely collaborating with our contacts at the tire plants and within various departments
- Support our international projects by independently taking ownership of work packages
- Support the team in shaping and implementing global learning and development initiatives that drive personal growth and organizational transformation
- Make an impact by creating compelling presentations, insightful analyses, and clear documentation.
Qualifications:
- Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration or comparable degree programs with a focus on Human Resource Management
- Initial experience or a strong interest in Human Resources
- Proficient in using the MS Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- German language skills are a plus
- High level of commitment, creativity, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Structured way of working as well as strong initiative
- Enjoyment of communication in an international environment
