Become a vital part of Adecco as a Talent Consultant, specializing in delivering exceptional service through a hybrid work model. Focus on creating impactful experiences for clients and candidates.
In this role, you will proactively engage with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless hiring process by harnessing your skills in relationship management and problem-solving. With a commitment to coaching candidates and understanding client needs, you will build a strong talent pipeline while working both remotely and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships to enhance candidate and associate wellness
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline in partnership with Central Delivery
• Identify solutions for client hiring challenges
• Coach candidates for successful interviews with clients
• Guide associates towards achieving professional goals
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or related experience preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented role
• Background in Human Resources solutions is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingualism in French and English is a plus
