The creation of a new business line within LCL's Human Resources Bank Directorate, to meet the challenges of HR stakeholders from all our clients; SMEs, ETIs, and Large Groups carries this ambition lding on LCL's strong franchises: national network, recognized expertise in high-balance operations, and the expertise of its Private Bank, the HRB constructs a differentiating and innovative approach to supporting our clients, for Enterprise & Institutional and Entrepreneur markets.
In synergy with the professional and enterprise business manager of its region, the Human Resources Bank Manager accompanies companies in the implementation and management of social benefits, highlighting innovative and tailored solutions. A true advisor in the management of enterprise social benefits, the role also consists of promoting the activity both within LCL and with clients and prospects. It relies on experts from the subsidiaries to accomplish its missions.
Its missions include:
Commercial development of the human resources bank activity: Being primarily oriented towards conquest and market share gains. Promoting all offers within the scope. Managing and developing a portfolio of companies/employers with more than 10 employees in line with LCL's objectives. Having a subscriber role on all offers independently and directly contracting partner offers (Amundi, Crédit Agricole Assurances, and Worklife) for the most standard solutions (most often for companies with less than 250 employees).
Contributing to commercial actions (client events, webinars, thematic workshops…) with the support of subsidiaries to promote the Group's expertise.
