Recruiting Team Lead (Power & Utility Sector)
Location- REMOTE Work Schedule - US Eastern Time Zone Experience- 5+ Years
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Team Lead to drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters while managing high-priority job Requisition s. You will be responsible for enhancing our hiring processes, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. - Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative, end-to-end recruitment strategies to fill open positions quickly with high-quality talent. - Sourcing & Selection:
Proactively source passive candidates and guide the team on sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, Linked In, networking). - Hiring Manager Partnership:
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability. - Performance Metrics:
Monitor recruitment activity, analyze key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality), and provide regular updates to management. - Process Improvement:
Streamline the applicant tracking system (ATS) and improve the candidate experience, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting for Power & Utility industry roles.
- Experience:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. - Proven recruiting experience across Engineering, Construction, Utilities, Automotive, and other Non-IT domains.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter Flow, Ceipal ATS systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
