Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships to enhance candidate wellness
• Collaborate with teams for maintaining candidate diversity
• Evaluate candidates for overall job suitability
• Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement
• Develop strategic objectives with clients for hiring needs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-3 years in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage
