Your Contributions To Our Team- Review and initiate performance obligation checks based on potential notification violations
- Handle notification violations including creating withdrawal/challenge letters
- Create special contract condition offers
- Draft follow-up correspondence to initiate performance obligation checks
- Manage contract adjustments, withdrawals, and challenges
- Completed training as a financial services saleswoman/salesman or a similar qualification
- Or as a social insurance officer or similar qualification
- Preferably experience in risk assessment or in the health insurance (benefit) area
- Experience in leading customer-oriented phone conversations, confident argumentation, even in difficult situations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team spirit
