Your Contributions To Our Team
  • Review and initiate performance obligation checks based on potential notification violations
  • Handle notification violations including creating withdrawal/challenge letters
  • Create special contract condition offers
  • Draft follow-up correspondence to initiate performance obligation checks
  • Manage contract adjustments, withdrawals, and challenges
What We Are Looking For
  • Completed training as a financial services saleswoman/salesman or a similar qualification
  • Or as a social insurance officer or similar qualification
  • Preferably experience in risk assessment or in the health insurance (benefit) area
  • Experience in leading customer-oriented phone conversations, confident argumentation, even in difficult situations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team spirit
