Business Internship, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Location: Cozad
Human Resources Internship
As part of the HR team at Campus Groupe SEB, you will join a team of seven, working closely with various HR stakeholders at the headquarters.
In a context of transformation and organizational support, you will contribute to HR projects that are key to two main areas: GEPP and Social Relations.
Contribute to our development
Reporting to the HR Campus team, you will support the team on the following missions:
1. Management of Jobs and Professional Paths
You will help to support the evolution of jobs, skills, and professional paths, particularly through:
- Supporting the update of job reference sheets as part of the classification of metallurgy;
- Preparing and following up on the Observatory of Occupations;
- Consolidating HR information, analyzing data, and formalizing synthesis documents;
- Contributing to the structuring of deliverables to support HR teams, managers, and social partners.
2. Social Relations
You will also support a HR Manager/Social Relations in preparing and organizing various social instances:
- Helping to prepare CSE, committees, and meetings with social partners;
- Contributing to the consolidation of elements needed for dossiers presented in instances;
- Participating in the preparation of documents, minutes, follow-ups, and work documents;
- Supporting the logistical and administrative coordination of various social deadlines;
- Monitoring and organizing documentation around social relations topics.
Depending on the current situation, you may be asked to work on other general HR topics with the HR team.
This internship will allow you to develop a concrete and cross-cutting vision of the HR challenges of a corporate headquarters within a large international group.
Bring your skills
You are pursuing a degree at the level of Bac+5, in business school, university, or specialized training in Human Resources.
You ideally have prior experience in a company, on general HR missions, HR development, GEPP, or social relations.
You are recognized for:

- Your curiosity about HR topics, jobs, skills, and social dialogue;
