Internship Opportunity In Human Resources
L'ESGRH recruits for its partner company an intern in the field of human resources.
As an HR intern in the final year of a Master's program, you will be a key player in implementing strategic HR projects, in collaboration with the HR team and business managers. You will be involved in high-value missions and will actively participate in optimizing HR processes.
Your missions will include:
- Strategic Recruitment:
- Piloting recruitment campaigns for key and strategic positions.
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies (Linked In, headhunting, specialized networks).
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience through surveys and optimization projects.
- Training and Talent Management:
- Participating in the development of the training strategy in line with the company's objectives.
- Leading internal workshops on HR or organizational themes.
- Identifying high potentials and planning individualized career paths.
- Social Relations Management:
- Preparing and participating in CSE meetings, writing minutes and analyses.
- Contributing to the management of collective negotiations and legal monitoring of social law developments.
- HR Transformation Projects:
- Participating in HR process digitalization projects (implementation of a new HRIS, automation of administrative tasks).
- Developing and monitoring HR indicators to optimize strategic decision-making (KPIs, advanced reporting).
- Working on employer brand projects: communication campaigns, events, development of RH social networks.
- Quality of Work Life and CSR:
- Leading working groups on QWL initiatives (well-being, flexibility, remote work).
- Participating in diversity and inclusion projects within the company.
Profile sought:
- Master's 2 student in Human Resources or equivalent with an interest in strategic HR issues.
- Excellent analytical skills, initiative, and autonomy.
- Proficiency with digital tools and HR information systems (HRIS, advanced Excel).
- Previous experience in human resources or a related field is highly appreciated.
- Curiosity about HR trends and the ability to be a force of proposal.
