The Inetum Recruitment team is looking for its future Talent Acquisition intern.

As a true business partner, your role goes far beyond the classic duties of a recruiter: you are the company's gateway, embodying its values and having the responsibility to identify the most suitable profiles.

You will also have the chance to be in touch with a recruiting collective based all over France (taskforce, workshops, etc).

Under the responsibility of Audrey, you will join a dynamic team that will support you on a daily basis!

As an intern, you will contribute to strategic missions, while being accompanied and guided in your discovery of the company, the business, and the ecosystem, to develop your potential and autonomy.

Your main missions will therefore be as follows:

1. Recruitment strategy: Apply and contribute to the recruitment strategy in collaboration with commercial and technical teams.

2. Sourcing: Innovate in sourcing methods through various channels (CV databases, social networks).

3. Recruitment process: Participate in the entire recruitment process, from writing job offers to integrating employees.

4. Candidate follow-up: Use the Smart Recruiters ATS for candidate follow-up, debriefing with operational staff, and talent pool management.

5. Employer brand: Contribute to the development of the employer brand (school events, after works, forums, etc).

Position based in La Chapelle sur Erdre within our Nantes agency.

Who are you?:

In the course of a Bac +5 training (ideally with a specialization in human resources, management, or a similar field) you are looking for an internship to complete your studies.

You have a keen sense of organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a great ability to work in a team and adapt to different interlocutors, as well as a good mastery of office tools.
