Givenchy Italy is a subsidiary of Givenchy SA based in Paris, part of LVMH group. As HR Manager Italy you will oversee all the activities related to HR for Italian employees. The HR Manager will report to the Accessories Operations Director Italy and functionally also to HR Department based in HQ, Paris.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage HR documentation (offer letter – contracts) related to the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies, in collaboration with external labor consultant and lawyer.
Handle all HR administrative and back-office activities (LVMH System, Presence Attendance system etc.) ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Ensure the effective implementation of LVMH processes, including performance review, talent review and compensation in collaboration with Compensation & Benefit in Paris.
Ensure HC / salary mass monitoring in line with HQ requirement and follow up budget controlling for Italy liaising with Finance and C&B.
Act as Business Partner for managers to support day-to-day HR topics and people management.
Manage recruitment activities, fostering Group mobility as a prior source of talent.
Manage Talent Development activities in accord to HQ and LVMH initiatives.
Serve as the ambassador of Career Compass LVMH for Givenchy in Italy, focusing on people development and anticipating succession planning.
Be the main point of contact for legal topic and policies implementation or review.
Support LVMH activities for HR projects and initiatives (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Work-life balance, Employer branding etc.), liaising with HQ in Paris.
Manage local training and development initiatives with the support of external provider and external training funds where applicable.
Manage RSPP and doctor collaboration for recurrent mandatory law activities: yearly meeting for safety, yearly fire evacuation test, analysis work-related stress.
Qualifications
At least 7/8 years of experience in HR in a Business Partner role in multi-site and dynamic environments.
Experience in operational HR in an industrial/production environment. Knowledge of the local industrial ecosystem / competitors.
Solid experience in handling all main HR, including disciplinary processes, administrative and organizational changes.
Knowledge of performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes.
Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanities or related fields – a Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
Act in fast and agile context.
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good Knowledge of HR system is a plus.
