The EMEA HR Operations Lead is responsible for implementing strategic HR solutions and ensuring system and process excellence in day-to-day people operations across the EMEA region. This role bridges strategy and execution by implementing standard and consistent HR processes, assessing when tailored local solutions are required, and delivering a high-quality employee experience. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR operations.
Responsibilities
Implement and optimize HR operational processes across EMEA, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with local adaptations
Manage HR data governance, reporting, and analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making
Partner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver headcount, cost analysis, and HR insights
Oversee payroll coordination with local vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, lifecycle changes, vendor management, HR systems)
Support employee experience initiatives, engagement, and HR system implementations
Experience And Skills
Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR (HR Operations / Generalist roles)
Solid experience across EMEA with knowledge of multi-country labor practices and compliance (incl. Italy and GDPR)
Strong HRIS expertise (Workday, SAP, Success Factors, ADP or similar)
Strong understanding of HR data, workforce planning, budgeting, and financial impact
Proven ability to manage complex processes, vendors, and international stakeholders
Advanced analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, Power BI) with ability to translate data into insights
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Degree in Work/Organizational Psychology, Humanities, or a related discipline
Fluency in English required
What We Offer
Competitive salary package range from €50,000 to €70,000, based on experience and qualifications.
