Job description:
Within the Human Resources France Department, you will be attached to the HR Partner Paris and will participate in the operational management of the HR service activities. You will work on a wide range of HR processes and cross-functional projects that are fundamental to the company:
- HR communication:
- Participation in internal and external communication: writing HR content, publishing posts on social networks, promoting the employer brand,
- Updating the HR intranet and various procedures,
- Organizing internal events: SEEPH, caregiver days, QVT actions, HR events…
- Transverse HR projects:
- Contribution to the development of the employer brand (EVP, school partnerships,…),
- Development of a pedagogical training program for managers: creation of supports, potential co-animation, operational follow-up,
- Support on training projects (e.g., Rockleader, Health-you ready…),
- Monitoring and analysis of HR KPIs and participation in the continuous improvement of tools,
- Participation in the implementation and updating of HR processes,
- Support for occupational health and safety prevention actions and contribution to workplace well-being initiatives,
- Recruitment and integration:
- Management of the recruitment of interns and trainees: definition of needs, interviews, administrative follow-up, onboarding,
- Contribution to the integration process: preparation of the journey, organization of arrivals, updating and presentation of the welcome booklet.

Your profile:
You are preparing a Master's degree in a dual program with a specialization in Human Resources and you wish to develop your skills within a dynamic HR team.
You are known for your good humor, dynamism, rigor, and curiosity. You enjoy teamwork and like to assist your colleagues in a constant quest for efficiency.
Ideally, you have prior experience (internship…) in an HR department and an intermediate level of English.
