Full Desk Recruiter (Remote)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This 100% remote position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in sales and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets client needs and drives business growth.

Cyber Coders is a Direct-Hire Agency Recruiting Company and I am currently looking for recruiters to join my team as a recruiter. It is a B2B Sales Hunter Role with middle of the pack recruiters here making $100k/yr and top performers are making $300k+. It is a very entrepreneurial environment where you have the opportunity to build your own book of business with a base, full benefits, uncapped commission, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
- Utilize B2B sales strategies to identify and attract potential clients
- Perform cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and understand specific talent needs
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position candidates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or business development
- Strong skills in B2B sales, recruiting, and outside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct cold calls and prospect effectively
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and business growth
