We are collaborating with a partner company looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist focused on payroll operations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and robust operational discipline in managing payroll cycles while supporting HR and Finance teams. Your contributions will influence the onboarding experience for new employees and their ongoing satisfaction with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify payroll for US, Canadian, and UK employees
• Handle payroll audits and reconciliations accurately
• Administer employee benefits across different countries
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional rules and laws
• Act as a contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant payroll and benefits experience
• Expertise in California payroll laws and Canadian payroll compliance
• Familiarity with UK payroll and comprehensive benefits administration
• Experience with systems like Workday or ADP
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
