Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will hold a pivotal position providing transactional HR support to employees and leaders. This role is designed to offer users easy, searchable, and relevant information through Knowledge Articles. The primary aim of this position is to ensure an excellent customer experience across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, career development, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding. This position emphasizes customer service and focuses on delivering outstanding service results to the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming HR Service requests and complete or delegate to other assignment groups as applicable.
  • Input data into the payroll system, including earnings, deductions, and job change workflows.
  • Collaborate with other HR Service Team Members to ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames are met.
  • Participate as a project member in the implementation of an hourly shared service.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field of study, or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Human Resources.

  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate online systems.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role with the flexibility for one day of remote work each week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ames, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
