Volunteer Senior People Manager
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: Part-time (volunteer, pro bono)
- Contribution Requirements: Minimum 10-15 hours a week; minimum 3 months.

Summary of Role:
Help shape the future of our organization. With your extensive experience, you will lead daily People operations, streamline onboarding and offboarding, coordinate contribution reviews, and implement best practices to ensure a productive and supportive work environment.
Your role will be crucial in recruiting top talent and fostering a culture that aligns with our values and mission. By promoting our agile ways of working, you will help build an efficient remote-working environment.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
- Support the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
- Implement and manage our contribution review system.
- Foster a positive and inclusive remote workplace culture.
- Manage the accuracy of the HRIS, up-to-date team members’ records, and documentation.
- Develop, communicate, implement, and update our standard operating procedures.
Position Requirements

- Proficiency with HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.

- Attentive communication - the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
