Key Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment processes from profile identification to hiring

• Streamline employee integration and performance tracking

• Enhance HR lifecycle management using BambooHR

• Monitor and optimize recruitment KPIs effectively

• Participate in cultivating engaging employer branding content

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in talent culture roles

• Deep experience in recruitment, particularly in tech environments

• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting

• Bilingual in French and English for full engagement

• Knowledge of HR tools and AI methodologies preferred
