Position: High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter at Advanced RPO

With your expertise in sourcing and modern recruitment practices, you will streamline the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-volume full-cycle recruitment projects

• Conduct bilingual interviews, enhancing the candidate experience

• Collaborate with hiring managers for role clarity

• Leverage ATS and social media for talent sourcing

• Report metrics to ensure recruitment success

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in high-volume roles

• Fluent in English and French Canadian

• Strong sourcing and recruiting tool proficiency

• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ATS

Education:

High school diploma;
Bachelor’s preferred
