Courseific is hiring an ERP Business Analyst who will support the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts on the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Program. This remote role involves providing functional and consultative support for HR/Payroll systems with emphasis on Talent Management modules.
The ideal candidate will perform system configuration, provide reporting and analytics support, assist in cross-functional integration, and ensure compliance with State policies.
A strong background in system configuration and extensive experience in the public sector is preferred.
