Akron Children's is seeking a Talent Selection Specialist for a 10-month temporary assignment. This role focuses on providing top talent recruitment and staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring processes while maintaining strong relations with hiring managers and candidates.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office. This is a remote position, but occasional onsite presence may be needed based on business needs.
