Our seasoned group of Senior Level Talent Sourcers uses advanced methods to help clients increase their return on human capital assets by hiring the best.
We are expanding our Sales and Recruiting teams and are currently hiring Technical Staffing Account Managers in the Metro Austin, TX area due to significant growth throughout the region.

The ideal candidate is a hunter personality who is not afraid to meet new people and build lasting relationships. You are a self‑starter, not micro‑managed, and driven by success.
Our team recruits virtually for various hot markets throughout the US. If you are a confident recruiter, working a full desk, building a book of billable clients and/or placeable candidates from scratch, we would be interested in talking. We work a split desk doing both client‑side development and candidate sourcing and recruiting.
Our split structure allows deals to be bounced off each other, high commission, no salary, no drama, no egos, lots of support and training, good systems, a well‑thought‑out approach, and experienced people with a solid base of existing clients and candidates to quickly get your first deal.
Key Points to Know First- This will entail working as a 1099 Contract hire from a remote office on a full commission (50/50 split!)
- The largest group of corporate contact leads found anywhere for you to develop your lines of business (Sales Prospex)
- We provide a Linked In Recruiter account, a robust database/ATS/CRM to work from, corporate email accounts, an employee intranet page with resources, training classes, seminars, and job board accounts, branding, invoicing, legal, etc.
- We also provide a Ring Central cloud‑based phone line and extension so you can enjoy free long distance, fax, conferencing, online meetings, and SMS messaging.
- We use Zenefits cloud‑based HR/payroll system that fully automates our internal hiring and payroll.
- You handle your own home office expenses and taxes.
- You work with our team and communicate daily.
- Work splits, collaborate, teach the team about your client accounts, and synergize on deals.
- Identify and generate new business and potential target clients through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, scheduling meetings and relationship building to grow the account base.
- Present contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent placement services to companies in the local marketplace.
- Work directly with existing and new clients; maintain and develop long‑term business partnerships.
- Employ a consultative sales approach with C‑level executives, middle management and Human Resources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in IT Leadership, Recruiting and HR across all industries.
- Conduct in‑person meetings with decision makers to understand their human capital challenges and recommend solutions.
- Effectively follow up with prospects through CRM via phone, email, and in‑person meetings and populate the CRM and ATS systems accordingly.
- Build synergy within the team and organization; develop a personal referral network.
- Partner with the staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients.
- Successful sales experience selling a service (preferably in the staffing industry). Encouraged IT/Technical recruiters who want to move into an account manager role.
- The ability to identify and generate new business and potential target clients through outside sales activities.
- A documented track record for achieving targeted objectives.
- Strong sales mentality and a general understanding of a sales lifecycle from sourcing/lead generation to closing business.
