Job Description
Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic Director, HR Business Partner to join our HR team and partner with the Executive Vice President of our Wealth Management Products and Solutions business. In this role, you will implement HR strategies that align with our business needs, build strong and influential relationships with business leaders to understand their needs, leverage enterprise solutions to provide strategic HR support and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
You will operate with a growth mindset and have business, technical and industry expertise, with the credibility to influence workforce strategy, operating models, talent outcomes and leadership effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Vice President of Products and Solutions, embedding HR strategy directly into key business decisions and planning. Elevate leadership impact through targeted coaching and guide leaders through complex, sensitive employee matters in close partnership with HR COEs.
- Anticipate and surface human capital trends that influence business performance, and drive decisive action. Use data, market insights, and leading practices to shape outcomes, challenge thinking, and accelerate meaningful, long-term change in partnership with COEs.
- Partner across COEs to shape and deliver the people strategy behind critical initiatives and corporate development efforts impacting Wealth Management Products and Solutions. Bring an enterprise lens to identify innovative solutions, while leveraging programs, policies, and tools to improve results and manage risk.
- Act as a trusted partner to the EVP on complex organizational changes, leading through transformation with clarity and confidence. Assess the impact of evolving strategies on workforce effectiveness, lead design and due diligence efforts, and drive seamless implementation, including during high‑stakes events such as mergers and acquisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to reduce administrative work and enable higher‑value, strategic contributions
- Lifelong learner who stays current on HR trends, practices, and emerging innovations
- Trusted advisor with strong relationship management, coaching, and influencing skills; proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise priorities
- 12+ years of Human Resources experience, with depth supporting complex, matrixed, and/or global organizations
- Brings strong business acumen and a data‑driven, solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy and insights into practical HR outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and partner effectively across functions and geographies, using a consultative approach to build alignment and drive results
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity, exercising sound judgment, ownership, and accountability to deliver strategic outcomes
- Invests in talent by developing others, fostering collaboration, and elevating team performance
