This full-time, temporary position within the People & Culture department reports to the Manager of Total Rewards. As an experienced compensation professional, you will lead and execute critical corporate compensation initiatives while engaging with employees and stakeholders across various levels. Your adept communication skills will be essential in conveying compensation strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key compensation initiatives and annual salary reviews

• Perform market analysis and benchmark compensation packages

• Collaborate with employees on compensation inquiries

• Create impactful communication around compensation programs

• Contribute to Total Rewards design and reporting strategies

Requirements:

• Solid experience in compensation programs and pay legislation

• Hands-on expertise in executing compensation initiatives

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude

• Experience in integrating Total Rewards strategies
