Join NAIT as a Recruitment Advisor in a hybrid role, playing a critical part in full lifecycle recruiting. Leverage your recruiting experience to enhance education talent acquisition.
In this hybrid position, you will oversee the recruitment process for entry to intermediate level roles, working closely with hiring managers. You will coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with Human Rights practices. Your administrative skills will support smooth recruitment operations and track competition records, enhancing our recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle recruitment for various positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers on interview plans
• Ensure fair recruitment processes and provide feedback
• Source candidates on Linked In for current and future needs
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or related area
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience
• Familiarity with Linked In and Microsoft OS
• Experience with Workday is beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills
