, we specialize in hiring top-tier tour guides for a variety of engaging experiences, including ghost tours, food tours, brewery tours, history tours, and more
. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive recruiter to assist us as we prepare for the summer tourism season that begins with Memorial Day weekend.

This is an independent contractor remote position
. Applicants mustbe fluent in English.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process
  , including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations.
• Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role.
• Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates.

The ideal Contract Recruiter will have a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
. You should be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
  .
