The Insurance Office of America is hiring a People Programs Lead to manage, coordinate, and measure People Services programs. This fully remote role will require candidates from Eastern or Central Time Zones.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and teams to ensure effective program delivery in talent development and employee engagement initiatives, fostering program improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
An expected salary range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually is offered, based on experience and skills.
