Acorns is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team on a contract basis. This remote-first role involves supporting employee lifecycle activities, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication during significant operational changes.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with Workday expertise. Responsibilities include onboarding, data integrity, compliance monitoring, and communication with HR stakeholders.
Compensation for this role starts at $35-$40 per hour for an initial 3-month contract.
