Legacy HR Consulting is seeking a Search Lead to coordinate and manage the full recruitment process. This remote position requires 15-20 hours per week and a commitment to supporting social justice initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, strong project management skills, and a commitment to equity. The role includes responsibilities such as drafting deliverables, coordinating teams, and driving projects from kickoff to closeout.

Hourly pay is $35-$38.
