Human Resources Partner
Join Tessera’s Home Office as a Human Resources Partner. The role supports the Senior HR Business Partner by providing expertise and coaching to employees and site managers across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and labor relations.
Location & ScheduleBremerton, Washington. Full‑time Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm with flexible start/end times.
Responsibilities- Support strategic HR initiatives and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and staffing plans.
- Provide guidance on the application of Tessera’s policies, collective bargaining agreements, and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Advise managers on union issues, disability accommodations, grading, compensation, and grievance resolution.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training activities with HR partners and recruiters.
- Lead investigations, documentation, and resolution of complaints, grievances, harassment allegations, and EEOC or Human Rights Commission matters.
- Develop and recommend new HR policies, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Deliver presentations, trainings, and workshops on HR functions, Workday processes, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain proactive communication with HR team members and promote transparency across the organization.
- Assist in filing requests for policy exceptions and provide recommendations for best courses of action.
- Travel occasionally to other Tessera locations as needed.
- 3–5years of Human Resources experience (or equivalent education and experience).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- A valid state driver’s license (REALID compliant or equivalent).
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and installation access.
- Background check and E‑Verify compliance.
