About the Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for experienced recruitment administrators, recruitment coordinators, talent support professionals, virtual assistants with recruitment experience, or anyone who has previously worked within a recruitment agency environment.
You'll provide ongoing recruitment support services to one international recruitment agency while working remotely from South Africa. Each engagement is different, allowing you to work across a wide variety of recruitment activities while developing valuable international recruitment experience.

Candidate Support
- Candidate sourcing using Linked In and job boards
- CV formatting and administration
- Candidate database management
- Talent pool maintenance
- Candidate communication
- Interview scheduling
- Reference coordination
- Candidate documentation management
Recruitment Operations
- CRM and ATS administration
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Job advertisement posting
- Recruitment inbox management
- Recruitment reporting
- Compliance documentation
- Pipeline management
- Recruitment workflow administration
Customer Support Activities
- Calendar coordination
- Meeting scheduling
- Research activities
- Market mapping
- Recruitment project support
- Process documentation
- General operational assistance

- Excellent organisational skills

This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis. Successful applicants provide recruitment support services through a contractor engagement with Virtual Recruitment Solutions and may be assigned to support one of our international customers. Contractors are responsible for meeting applicable South African tax and statutory obligations associated with independent contracting.
