Remote - Referral Board is looking for a Time & Attendance Specialist to manage compliance and enhance employee experience. You will play a key role in overseeing Time & Attendance activities for both external employees and clients.
This position requires proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events and excellent communication skills. You will work asynchronously in a fully remote environment and report to the Manager of Lifecycle:
