Reporting to the Utilities Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll undertake crucial administrative responsibilities. This position is essential for maintaining recruitment updates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer letters as part of a 4-month co-op arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment updates
• Ensure data accuracy and proper reporting
• Draft and distribute offer letters to new hires
• Organize interviews and pre-screen assessments
• Review and shortlist resumes for Aecon Utilities
Requirements:
• Actively pursuing or graduated in HR or Talent Acquisition
• Detail-oriented and a capacity to learn quickly
• Administrative roles experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-starter with remote work capabilities
