US Payroll Systems Coordinator

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice. Our client is looking for a US Payroll Systems Coordinator to oversee all aspects of managing their ADP HRIS (Enterprise V6, eTime), including support of a migration to global Work Force Manager for time. Responsibilities:

Provide client-side ADP systems expertise for client's EV6, eTime and upcoming WFM systems
Support integrations, system maintenance and workflows as appropriate
Manage the development and production of reporting for all stakeholders
Drive proactive communication across HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance and global organization
Collaborate with ADP team to ensure alignment with client expectations
Make recommendations around training and documentation needs for user base

Pre-requisites:

Expert in ADP Enterprise V6
Expert in ADP eTime
Working knowledge of ADP WFM

Level of Effort:
Full-time, remote position Immediate start date with duration of 6 months and the possibility of extending.
