Roth Staffing Companies, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., focuses on placing administrative and office support, finance and accounting, legal, and technology talent across a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a technology-focused recruiter whom we refer to as a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our client’s tech recruiting, onboarding, and engagement activities.

• Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location
• Schedule flexibility including 9/80 and part-time options (after 26 weeks)

• Full recruitment process management including staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings.
• Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity.
• Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline.
• Manage database and recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and critical job boards.

• Strong communicators with excellent problem resolution skills
• Excellent organization, documentation, and multi-tasking skills
• 3+ Years of full lifecycle recruiting experience including IT, engineering, and professional services
• Experience supporting high volume MSP (Managed Service Provider) and using VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
• Individuals well-skilled with using social media to attract talent
• Someone with the ability to develop and manage the candidate selection and placement process across the organization
• Ability to identify, develop and manage effective recruiting strategies and processes to identify technical/engineering/professional services candidates
• Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values

• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
