RE/SPEC Inc. is looking for a highly experienced CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst to support a statewide ERP environment for government organizations. This role focuses on enhancing HR, payroll, recruiting, and financial systems while overseeing transitions from Oracle Taleo to Oracle People Soft Recruit.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, especially within Texas state services, and be proficient in Oracle applications, project management, and vendor oversight. The primary work arrangement will be remote, yet some travel to client locations may be required.
