Please note that this job will start 100% onsite in Westminster, CO. After the initial training period, you will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

LHH Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Payroll Administrator job in Westminster, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You also preferably have experience in the construction industry and/or in a union environment.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $30.00 and $43.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:
  • Processing full-cycle payroll for 400-600 employees in a union environment
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees in the HRIS
  • Running payroll reports
  • Maintaining union wage rates
  • Responding to payroll questions
  • Processing payments of union fringes, taxes, and benefits
  • All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Previous experience in a union environment preferred
  • Previous experience with payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now, Sage HCM, Workday, etc. required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred but not required
Compensation:
  • Hourly rate between $30.00 and $43.00
