LHH Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading construction company to fill their open Payroll Administrator job in Westminster, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You also preferably have experience in the construction industry and/or in a union environment.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $30.00 and $43.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:- Processing full-cycle payroll for 400-600 employees in a union environment
- Onboarding and offboarding employees in the HRIS
- Running payroll reports
- Maintaining union wage rates
- Responding to payroll questions
- Processing payments of union fringes, taxes, and benefits
- All other related tasks as required
- At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
- Previous experience in a union environment preferred
- Previous experience with payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now, Sage HCM, Workday, etc. required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred but not required
- Hourly rate between $30.00 and $43.00
