Position: HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) (Befristet)

HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in executing HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance management, and maintaining HR policies for our countries in the DACH EE region. With increasing team size, the individual will also support the implementation, interpretation, and standardization of HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. This role helps us improve our processes and ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and correctly by working closely with other teams to ensure everything is accurate.

Additionally, the individual may lead smaller projects focused on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. The position is fixed-term for 18 months.

Tasks and

Qualifications:

  • You take responsibility for HR data management and personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and file management.
  • You ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • You collaborate with HR teams to ensure proper data management in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • You contribute to the creation of process documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, to standardize HR processes.
  • You support compliance audits and regulatory reviews related to employee data and HR processes.
  • You contribute to process improvement, focusing on identifying automation opportunities and simplifying workflows.
  • You assist in standardizing HR policies across teams to ensure compliance and consistency in HR practices.
  • You provide support in implementing regional and global projects, working with the team on best practices and process improvements.
  • Proven professional experience of one to three years in personnel administration, HR data management, compliance, or process optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and collective bargaining regulations.
  • Experience leading small projects focused on process optimization or compliance improvement is advantageous.
  • Independent working style, enjoyment of international work, high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, T&A systems…), Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
  • Fluent in German and English.
