Principales MissionsReporting to the HR Director of the EMEA Business Unit (3.6 billion euros, 12,000 employees spread across approximately 25 countries), you are responsible for defining, in close collaboration with the Group's HR and Compensation and Benefits Directorate and with the twenty or so countries in the scope, a compensation and benefits policy and HR information system aligned with COLAS' guiding principles while being adapted to the specificities of each local market.
You are also responsible for leading action plans in connection with CSRD and human rights in the scope.
Your main duties are:
- Ensuring the deployment of the international mobility policy in coordination with the International Mobility teams of Corp and the home or host countries;
- Defining and deploying the EMEA compensation and benefits policy: you translate and adapt the Group's C&B policies in the scope, supporting local HR teams in the appropriation of group standards (salary practices, social benefits, variable remuneration schemes).
- Preparing and leading the annual salary review in about twenty countries;
- Deploying group C&B projects:
Grading, Pay transparency, Bouygues Care, etc. - Ensuring functional governance of HR information system tools in the EMEA scope;
- Leading the EMEA HR information system projects in collaboration with the HR information system and IT direction and the countries, ensuring the quality and reliability of data within HR.
- Leading and managing the follow-up of action plans related to human rights.
- Managing the C&B and HR information system team consisting of a HR information system Manager and a Data and Comp&Ben analyst.
- You have professional experience of at least 15 years, including a significant part acquired in international compensation and benefits positions.
- You have the ability to provide strong expertise on compensation policies, (short/long term variable, benefits, classification, benchmarking on international markets, job weighting methodology (Tower Watson ideally) and on international mobility.
- You have successful experience in team management and know how to work transversely with different stakeholders in a multicultural context (Corporate C&B, regional HR directors, country HR directors, operational directors, external providers, EMEA HR development direction).
- Rigorous in data and confidentiality management, you are recognized for your analytical capacity, ability to propose and lead in an international context. You master cross-project management methodologies and change management.
- You are able to provide support to teams to accompany them in the deployment of their projects and to increase the HR sector's competence on compensation and benefits and international mobility topics.
- Fluent English and French are essential for this position. Proficiency in a third language (particularly German) is a plus.
Position based at the headquarters of the scope, with occasional international travel. 1 to 2 days of remote work possible. The position may also be open to part-time 80% according to profiles.
