The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing global technology talent pipelines. This role supports clients in building high-performing engineering and IT teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Source and identify qualified technical talent globally
- Conduct candidate screening interviews
- Evaluate technical background, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients
- Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates
- Use multiple sourcing channels including professional networks and job boards
- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries
- Provide candidates with role and company information
- Track candidate progress using ATS or CRM tools
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support offer negotiation and onboarding process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs
- Experience recruiting technical roles
- Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms
- Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical roles
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM systems
- Experience coordinating technical interviews
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting software engineering profiles
- Experience working with global clients
