This is a self-employed independent contractor arrangement and is not a salaried employment position.
Requirements• Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Learning & Development or a related people-focused profession.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building professional relationships.
• Comfortable conducting phone and Zoom conversations.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Confident using Zoom, email and online communication platforms.
• Interested in ongoing leadership and professional development.
• Reliable computer and internet access.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
