To support this rapid growth, our client is looking for a highly driven Senior Sourcer with a strong sourcing mindset to help build a world‑class team across German and international markets.

• Source high‑quality candidates across German and international markets
• Run outreach and engage passive talent
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of A‑players across core functions
• Support hiring for already‑defined open roles
• Conduct initial mechanical screening and candidate organization
• Keep talent pipelines warm and hiring‑ready at all times

• Fluent in German and English
