As a Senior Labour Relations Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Labour Relations, you will play a critical role in resolving labour-related issues while maintaining a healthy workplace atmosphere. Your work will focus on policy interpretation, grievance resolution, and the development of training materials for staff. A solid understanding of collective agreements and employment legislation will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide leaders on collective agreement applications
• Represent management in grievance and arbitration sessions
• Develop effective labour relations training programs
• Collaborate on legal and compliance matters
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation
Requirements:
• University degree in HR, Labour Relations, or Law
• 5+ years in labour relations or legal environments
• Proven documentation and analytical capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively under pressure
