Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding from account setup to first payroll run

• Ensure accurate payroll account configuration and compliance

• Deliver training via calls, emails, and online sessions

• Document and resolve onboarding issues with teams

• Maintain comprehensive onboarding records and notes

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in payroll onboarding or support

• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and taxation

• Strong communication skills to explain payroll concepts

• Ability to resolve onboarding issues independently

• Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot
