Job Title: IT Recruiter Intern (Work From Home)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Interns who are eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Learn and apply Boolean Search techniques for candidate sourcing.
  • Assist senior recruiters in fulfilling IT hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Freshers or recent graduates from any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linked In, Naukri, or other job portals is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
