About the Position
Executive Recruiter role focusing on screening applicants and qualifying them for assigned positions, evaluating technical and soft skills. May lead candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Temporary position, four months.
What You’ll Do- Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.
- One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
- Overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and impacts on the organization.
- Ability to make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.
- Experience working with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
- Work independently, see business needs, and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of the team and organization.
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time effectively.
- Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
- Affect or change others' positions and opinions, and engage effectively in dialogue.
Annualized at $60,000 - $75,000. (Actual pay will be prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment.) The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. The position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
