** Talent & Engagement Specialist
** plays a hands‐on role in shaping how employees and candidates experience Camden, from hiring through engagement and day‐to‐day support.

This role**, primarily focused on recruiting,*

* ** full‐cycle recruiting and engagement initiatives

** Work Arrangement*
* ** This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with home locations across our footprint considered for qualified internal candidates.**### ### What You’ll Do
* Lead full‐cycle recruiting for banking center and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders
* Contribute to onboarding, engagement, recognition, and well‐being initiatives
* Use data and insights to improve recruiting and engagement outcomes
* Support HR projects and organization‐wide initiatives that strengthen culture and performance### ### What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years of HR experience, with recruiting and employee relations exposure, or someone eager to learn the HR function, while leveraging their banking experience
* Strong communication, organization, and relationship‐building skills
* Comfort working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
* Sound judgment, empathy, and discretion
* HRIS/ATS experience
* Willingness to travel regionally as needed is required, as well as
** a minimum of 1 day per week in our Camden, Maine office.
**** Preferred (not required):
** HR certification, Workday experience, regulated‐industry experience, or exposure to engagement and well‐being programs.
